ISO 14001:2015 Accreditation
James Bernard, CEO
2BScientific Ltd is delighted to announce that it has now achieved ISO14001:2015 accreditation status, in line with our wider mission on both environmental and sustainability initiatives.
What does ISO14001:2015 accreditation mean?
ISO14001 certification aims to actively reduce an entity’s environmental impact by seeking to assess their biggest environmental impacts and thereby reducing their consumption, and hence their costs, by trying to increase control & efficiencies throughout an organisation. This is done by changing the culture of resource usage within an organisation by involving all team members to be aware of their surroundings. The changes are defined and measurable and thus easily monitored.
Where this can benefit our customers in the longer term is to maximise product shelf life through an ethically, efficiently and environmentally “ friendly” at end of life, and the savings that are made makes us more competitive in the market, passing on the benefits of the efficiencies made.
2BScientific`s environmental aims are totally aligned with its business goals and so legislative compliance and continual improvement on ways to improve sustainability is a major focus of what we wish to aim for going forward.
