Find the missing link with Vector Laboratories!

There are a wide range of linkers used in bioconjugation which can be used to good effect to help modulate properties of therapeutic compounds for better performance.

For most bioconjugates, from oligo, peptide and antibody conjugates through to lipid or silica nanoparticles, the linker design can help overcome many challenges such as increasing payload capacity, controlling bioconjugate hydrophobicity, improving therapeutic window, shielding cleavable sites and adjusting pharmacokinetic properties, such as renal or hepatic clearance and reducing non-targeted effects.

The QBD range of discrete PEG (dPEG) products manufactured by Vector Laboratories have been designed to offer linkers with functional moieties enabling easy manufacturing of potential bioconjugates for pharmaceutical application testing. Whichever linker class you need to investigate, there are a number of options available to accommodate the conjugation chemistry required as catalogue items, or as custom constructs utilizing their BioDesign service for proprietary linker architectures.
