This asset agreement includes their supplier base, brand and logistical operations for their client base.
With 2BScientific Limited’s extensive knowledge and expertise within the UK research reagent & IVD-R/CE distribution market and the obvious synergies between them this asset purchase will ensure that the existing Newmarket Scientific Limited customer base and supplier base will have a seamless transition.
