Immunocytochemistry: SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells were stained with ARG10752 anti-Nestin antibody at 1:2000 (green) and co-stained with an antibody against vimentin at 1:2000 (red). Vimentin is main partner of nestin forming heterdimers and further polymerizing to form intermediate filaments. Co-localization of vimentin and nestin in cells was shown in yellow. Blue is DAPI staining of DNA.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen section of Rat embryonic (E18) brain stained with ARG10752 anti-Nestin antibody (red) at 1:2000 dilution. Hoechst (blue) for nuclear staining.
Western blot: 1) C6, and 2) SH-SY5Y homogenate stained with ARG10752 anti-Nestin antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Western blot: Rat brain (embryonic day 18), Rat cortical neuron-glial cell, C6 and SH-SY5Y cell lysates stained with ARG10752 anti-Nestin antibody (green) at 1:5000 dilution.
