WellChampion®

Kementec’s WellChampion is a unique new generation blocking and stabilisation buffer for ELISA application enhances assay activity and reduces any variation by skipping multiple washing steps.

The WellChampion is BSA-free and does not contain azide, mercury, or other toxic components making sure the risk of unspecific binding to antibodies is very low. The buffer has approximately a 4-year shelf life.  WellChampion® is part of Kementec’s ECO-TEK product line, which emphasises eco-friendly features such as being free of toxic preservatives, bovine serum albumin, harmful organic solvents, and hazardous stop solutions. It comes in various sizes including bulk quantities, making it a safe choice for conducting multiple Elisa tests and can be ordered in bulk quantities. 

• The Well Champion can be directly added to the coating step without further washing the microplate multiple times saving time in the blocking and incubation step and reducing the well-to-well variability
